My kids are obsessed with their newborn and baby photos.

“Look that’s Baby Evie!” It brings them great joy to see themselves mini-sized.

I’m so thankful we have these photos. In comparison, my own newborn photos are quite abysmal. I can see my parents, but I’m the size of a thumbnail in the photos where you can barely make out my features. With these thoughts in mind, I take each newborn lifestyle portrait session very seriously. Baby photos are going to be viewed time and time again throughout your child’s life.

I just adore this family and their sweet new baby brother. It was so fun to try some more dramatic sibling photos. You’ll have to let me know what you think.

The newborn stage is such a blur that whizzes by faster than a superhero. After your little one is born and you are recovering from birth, it’s that much harder to schedule a baby photographer to come to your home.
