I'm about the bring on the lovey-dovey cheese, y'all, but this IS a wedding photography site, so it's to be expected, right?

Anyhoo.

Stephanie and Dan is in the running for having the best wedding song with Pink's Glitter in the Air.

This song, especially the Grammy's version, is so breathtakingly beautiful and so perfect to start off a couple's marriage, especially one with two people as lovely as Stephanie and Dan.

Have you ever wished for an endless night?
Lassoed the moon and the stars and pulled that rope tight
Have you ever held your breath and asked yourself
Will it ever get better than tonight? Tonight.

In spite of threats of rain, everything went off without a hitch thanks to Stephanie's fantastic planning.  I especially love the hand-embroidered handkerchiefs Stephanie made for Dan. Such personal touches take a wedding to a higher level of awesomeness.

Stephanie and Dan, thank you for allowing me to be part of such a sweet, sweet day.

Dana and Steve's wedding was all kinds of jaw-dropping gorgeousness, thanks to the tastes of Dana, Steve and Charlene of Sweet Chic Events.

One of my favorite highlights occurred when, as a special gift to the Dana, her bridesmaids and bridesgroom performed Beyonce's "All the Single Ladies" with large fake diamond rings that lit up bright red (as seen in ring shot).  Adorable.

The funniest part of the evening was the Hora where the bride and groom were lifted in very heavy chairs.  The groom loves this Jewish custom and has been a frequent Hora participant at his friends' weddings so he wanted to do the custom at his own wedding.  Although there were a few close calls, Dana and Steve landed safe and sound.

The entire day was a photographer's dream. With so much eye candy and great moments, this post is long, so sit back and enjoy the visual feast.

Thanks to Dana and Steve for allowing me to be a part of your special day.

I couldn't stop laughing at Melissa and Anthony's wedding. Between Anthony's animated face, speeches and the most adorable kids who knew every lyric that played on the party bus, I was in heaven.

The kids were super behaved and even during the group portraits they followed directions perfectly.  Speaking of group portraits, they reminded me of my own sister's wedding into a Vietnamese family. Her husband is one of the youngest of 8 kids and I was amazed how orderly everyone walked into position until my new brother-in-law reminded me that with such a large family, weddings are a pretty common phenomenon.

Although weddings are common for Melissa and Anthony's families, there were tons of rejoicing and tears of happiness by both sides who had waited for over ten years for these two to tie the knot. Anthony's mom was practically floating on air. :)

Thanks Melissa and Anthony for making my job one of the best in the world.  Congrats!!!
